Who has access to these settings?

  • All users

Your User settings control how Jump works for you individually, including your profile, notifications, calendars, automations, templates, and the tools you connect. Changes here apply only to your profile, and do not impact any other users who might be on your Jump account.

To access User settings, go to Profile & settings > User settings.

Profile & settings > user settings

Profile

The Profile tab shows who you are in Jump and lets you personalize how Jump looks and works for you.

Seat and profile

View the account your Jump profile belongs to, your seat type, plan, any add-ons, and your permissions.

Account owners: View the account owners on your firm's Jump account. Click Show to review the complete list. Account owners are who to contact if you need changes made to your firm's subscription or account-wide settings.

Connected account: See the account you use to sign in to Jump, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and what that connection lets Jump do. You can also disconnect it here.

If your account is managed by a parent account, you'll see that listed here too.

Automations

Automations tell Jump what to do after a meeting. The When this happens… section lists the events that trigger an action, such as a type of meeting. The Do this… section lists the actions Jump takes, such as adding a note to a contact in your CRM, drafting a recap email, or creating follow-up tasks.

Templates

Templates control how Jump formats what it generates. Templates are organized by type: Meeting Prep, Meeting Notes, Recap Emails, Agendas, and Forms.

Each list shows who owns each template — you, your firm, your parent account, or Jump — and lets you create, edit, duplicate, hide, or delete templates you own.

Booking Windows

Booking windows let clients book time with you based on the availability you set. Click Create a booking window to set your available times, meeting length, location, and reminders.

Landing Pages

Landing pages give you a professional landing page which you control, where you can add your bio, show open meeting times, and collect prospect information before a first call. Click Create a landing page to build one, and use Copy link to share it.

Preferences

The Preferences tab controls your notifications, calendars, sharing defaults, and other personal settings.

Email settings

Manage where Jump sends notifications and which ones you receive.

  • Additional notification emails: Send Jump notifications to email addresses other than the one you sign in with.

  • Notifications: Choose whether to get an email when a meeting is done processing, when pre-meeting prep is ready, or when someone requests or shares meeting notes.

  • Meeting notification preferences: Get notifications and prep emails for Only meetings I own or All team meetings.

  • Scheduling notification preferences: Get scheduling notifications for Only booking windows I own or All team booking windows.

  • Form notification preferences: Get form submission notifications for Only forms I own or All team form submissions.

  • Alternate emails: Add other email addresses you use, so Jump won't mistake them for clients.

Meeting sharing

  • Automatically share my meetings with Jump attendees: Any Jump users in your account who attend a meeting automatically get access to its outputs.

  • Require my approval: Jump users in your account who attend a meeting can send a share request, which you review and approve before they can view or edit outputs like notes and tasks.
