What is a Landing Page?
A Landing Page is a personalized, shareable web page that lets clients book time with you. Think of it as your scheduling hub — it shows your profile, lets clients pick a meeting type, and surfaces your required disclosures, all in one place.
You control everything: your photo and bio, which booking windows are available, what disclosure text appears, and the URL your clients will see.
Getting started
Navigate to User settings → Landing Pages to see your pages and create new ones.
Click the + Create a landing page button in the top right corner to open the builder. You'll be taken to an editing surface where you can configure three content blocks:
Name card — your profile
Booking windows — the meeting types clients can book
Disclosure — your compliance/regulatory text
Name card
The Name Card is your profile block. It auto-fills your name and firm from your account, but you can customize any field:
Field | What it's for |
Photo | Upload a headshot (optional but recommended) |
Name | Your full name — pre-filled from your account |
Title | Your role, e.g. "Senior Financial Advisor" |
Firm | Your practice or firm name — pre-filled from your account |
Location | City or region |
Personal statement | A short bio or personalized message to clients |
Booking windows
This block is where you assign which meeting types clients can choose from. You can assign one or multiple booking windows to a landing page. Only booking windows that are visible and active on your account will appear as options.
Single booking window: The meeting type is shown directly — clients see one option and click to book.
Multiple booking windows: Clients see a picker so they can choose the meeting type that fits them. When you select two or more booking windows, two additional fields unlock:
Headline — displayed above the picker (e.g., "Select a booking window")
Subheading — a short supporting line beneath the headline (e.g., "Pick how you'd prefer to meet" if you have both a virtual and in-person option)
These fields let you give clients context about what they're choosing between.
Note: You must select at least one booking window before you can publish the page.
Disclosure
The Disclosure block is where your compliance text lives. When you first create a landing page, the disclosure body is automatically pre-filled from your account's disclosure settings — so you don't have to paste it in every time.
Note: This is a snapshot taken at the time of creation. If your account's disclosure text changes later, your existing landing pages will not automatically update. You'll need to manually update each landing page's disclosure if needed.
Field | What it's for |
Summary | A short label above the disclosure body (defaults to "Disclosure") |
Body | The main compliance text — pre-filled from your account settings |
Regulatory link text | Short link text for a regulatory body, e.g. "Member FINRA/SIPC" |
Regulatory body | The full regulatory disclosure text (requires link text to be filled) |
Document title | A title for an attached compliance document section |
Document body | The full text of that document section (requires a document title) |
The Regulatory and Document sections work as pairs — if you fill in one half, you must fill in the other. For example, you can't set a Document title without also providing the Document body.
Your page URL
Every landing page gets a public URL that you can share with clients. The URL is based on a page name you choose.
How the URL is formed
When you set a page name (e.g., Book with Jane), it's automatically converted into a URL-safe slug (e.g., book-with-jane). Your public URL looks like:
<https://my.jumpapp.com/@book-with-jane>
URL rules
Page names can only contain letters, numbers, and spaces
The resulting slug uses lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores
Every active slug must be unique across the platform — if someone else has already claimed
book-with-jane, you'll need to choose a different name
What happens if a URL is taken? You'll see an error when trying to save. Just choose a different page name and your new slug will be checked for availability.
Changing your URL
You can update your page URL at any time from your Landing Page settings by clicking the Edit page URL button. When you do, a new URL is created for your page.
By default, Keep current URL active is enabled. This allows your previous URL to continue working and point to the same page, giving you multiple active links to the same landing page.
If you toggle Keep current URL active off, your previous URL will stop working and only the new URL will resolve.
If you've already shared your page with clients, consider whether you want to keep older URLs active before making changes.
Activating, deactivating, and deleting
Active vs. inactive
Active pages are publicly accessible at your URL.
Inactive pages are not publicly accessible — visiting the URL shows nothing (or an error). Your URL is still reserved, and you can reactivate the page at any time.
Deleted pages are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
When to deactivate vs. delete
Deactivate when you want to temporarily take a page offline (e.g., seasonal availability, a specific event wrapping up).
Delete only when you're sure you no longer need the page.
Sharing your Landing Page
Once your page is active and has a URL set, you can share the link directly from the Landing Pages list view using the Copy link button.
Share it via email, your email signature, your website bio, or wherever you communicate with prospective and current clients.
Managing pages for team members
If you have scheduling admin access for team members, you can create and manage landing pages on their behalf:
The Team landing pages tab in User settings → Landing Pages shows pages across your team
When you create a page for a teammate, it is owned by them — they appear as the page's owner and their disclosure/booking windows apply
An audit trail captures who created the page
Frequently asked questions
Will clients be able to book even if I have multiple booking windows?
Yes. When multiple booking windows are selected, clients see a picker and choose the meeting type that works best for them. Each booking window handles availability and confirmation independently.
Can two landing pages share the same URL?
No. Every URL slug must be unique across the platform. If a slug is already in use (even by someone at a different firm), you'll need to choose a different page name.
Can I have multiple landing pages?
Yes. You can create as many landing pages as you need — for example, one for general scheduling, one for a specific event, and one for a particular service offering.
