Are you a new Jump user? If so, follow this guide to create an account and get started.

Jump Grow helps advisors and firms turn conversations into measurable behaviors and insights — so you can coach, improve consistency, and spot opportunities across clients, prospects, and teams.

Step 1: Set up your first Scorecard

Scorecards evaluate meetings against a consistent set of criteria so you can measure quality and reinforce best practices.

Jump’s templates are ideal starting points for setting up your first Scorecard. To use them:

  1. Navigate to Insights > Scorecards

  2. Click Create new Scorecard (top right).

  3. Choose any template.

  4. After choosing your template, click Save.

Note: Note: Scorecards run on meetings moving forward only (not retroactively.) If you'd like insights on past meetings, try Flash Surveys!

Step 2: Set up your first Pulse

Pulses are designed for firm leaders, managers and coaches, and insights admins. They are best suited for understanding patterns and behaviors over time, rather than analyzing a single meeting.

Jump has template options to help you get started. To use them:

  1. Go to Insights > Pulse > Create new Pulse

  2. Select your desired template, then click Continue.

  3. Select the users and teams you’d like to have the Pulse apply to, and then click Save.

  4. Your Pulse will now run on meetings moving forward.
