What are Playbooks?

Playbooks help you run better client and prospect conversations by showing the behaviors that correlate with stronger outcomes.

Instead of only summarizing what was said, Playbooks help you understand what worked, what was missed, and how to improve in a way you can repeat.

How to use Playbooks

1. Activate a Playbook

  1. In Jump, navigate to Insights > Playbooks.

  2. Select the Playbook you want to focus on, such as Turn leads into clients, Influence clients to open cash management accounts, and more.

  3. Then, click Activate Playbook.

2. Choose how the Playbook is applied

  1. From the provided list, select how the Playbook will be applied.

  2. Then, click Apply.

Note: At the moment, Playbooks are only applied via Scorecards. More applications are coming soon!

3. Read your score and trend

Navigate to Insights > Scorecards and click on your scorecard to check your progress after some meetings have been processed.

  • Practicing it across a few meetings

  • Reviewing one meeting per week to confirm it is being detected
