Who can access Signals?

  • Users on Grow

  • Insights admins

What are Signals?

Signals are one of the Insights available to Jump users on the Grow plan. They represent the different types of opportunities that Jump identifies from your meetings.

Jump currently assesses opportunities across these categories:

  • Generational Wealth

  • Referral Opportunities

  • Life Events

  • Hold-away Assets

  • Relationship Building

Seeing one of these opportunities listed under a meeting means that Jump’s AI system has assessed the meeting contents and recognized the potential for growth in that given area.

Where to find Signals

Go to my.jumpapp.com and click on Insights from the left-hand navigation panel. Signals also appear in the right hand side of meetings after they are processed.

Click on the Signals tab from the menu.

Note: The Signals tab is only available to Jump users on the Grow plan. If you’d like access to this feature, reach out to [email protected] to upgrade.

Signals can also be found on the right hand side of a Meeting after it occurs.

How to read Signals

From the Signals page, users get an overview of the different opportunities Jump identified from each of their meetings.

For each meeting, users will see the type of opportunity that was identified, a description, and a relevant contact that it applies to.

Users can also apply a number of filters to the Signals page, including by user, team, contact, signal status, signal type, meeting type, and days since the meeting.
