How to use Flash Surveys

Flash surveys help users answer questions about past meetings using the meeting transcripts.

Who can use this:

  • Account owners on the Grow plan

  • Insights admins

Before you start (Important Information)

Flash Surveys require existing meeting transcripts for the accounts you want to analyze.

For example, if your account is set to delete transcripts after seven days, Flash Surveys will be unavailable for those meetings after seven days.

How to use Flash Surveys

Open Flash Surveys

  • In Jump, navigate to Insights > Flash Surveys.

  • Click Create New Survey.

Create a new Flash Survey

  • Using the designated field, provide a name your Flash Survey.

  • Click the Add question button and type your question into the box that appears.

  • Use the dropdown menu to choose the type of question.

  • In the left-side panel, determine the sample size, meeting categories, date range, and meeting lengths you’d like to survey.

  • When finished, click the green Run Flash Survey button.

Analyze results

  • After the survey runs, the answers to your questions will populate.

  • You can download and export the CSV in the top right corner of the Flash Survey.

Are deleted transcripts included?

  • No. Flash Surveys require the transcript from the meetings you’d like to analyze.
