Full users on Meet
Lite users who are Team meeting admin
Note: Depending on your firm's or broker-dealer's policies, you may not have the option to download media from Jump.
Jump users have the option to download the audio or video of a past meeting captured by Jump.
Downloading media is not inherently necessary. Unless you have enabled automatic deletion of transcriptions and media, Jump will indefinitely save this data.
How to download media/transcripts from Jump
If you want a copy of the meeting audio/video saved to your computer:
Go to Meetings > AI-processed and click on the desired meeting.
Click the View button to the right of the meeting date and time.
The associated media will be available to view, download, and copy.
Chrome Browser
If you are using a Chrome web browser, click on the three vertical dot kebab button and select Download.

Safari Browser
If you are using Jump in the Safari web browser, the option to download an audio recording is not currently available.
To download a video recording, press play to start the video, then right-click on the video itself. Select Download Video from the drop-down menu that appears.
You have now successfully downloaded your meeting from Jump!
