You can delete a processed meeting note from Jump. However, the steps to do so will differ depending on if you've synced the note to your CRM or not.

If you haven't yet synced the note to your CRM, then you'll be able to delete just the processed note, but leave the meeting, media, and transcripts in Jump. However, if you have already synced the note to your CRM, you'll need to delete all the data related to the meeting from within Jump.

Note: If you want to learn how to delete an entire meeting (video/audio file, transcript, notes, tasks, and recap email), see our help article, "How to delete a processed meeting."

If the note is not yet synced to your CRM

If the meeting notes have processed in Jump, but you haven't yet synced the note to your CRM, here is how you can delete the note from Jump:

1. On the specific meeting page, click on the Edit button beside the note you want to delete.

2. A pop-up window will appear with the note in an editable format. Highlight the meeting notes, delete the content, and press "Save & close."

3. When you return to the meeting page, you will see that the note is now empty.

If the note is already synced to your CRM

If the note has already been synced to your CRM, you won't be able to follow the above steps to delete it from Jump, as you're no longer able to edit the note.

If you'd like to remove the copy of the note from Jump after it's been synced to your CRM, you'll need to delete the entire meeting from Jump. Be advised, this will remove all associated media, transcripts, etc. that Jump my have retained for the meeting. So, only complete this step if you no longer need to have access to this meeting data.

To confirm whether your notes have already been synced to your CRM, click on the AI-processed page, then navigate to the meeting in question.

If the notes have been synced, the Note icon on the meeting will be highlighted in green with a checkmark.

If the notes are not yet synced, this icon will be grayed-out.

By clicking into the specific meeting, you'll also see that you no longer have the option to edit the note if it's been synced to your CRM.

Delete the note with the entire meeting (media, transcripts, etc.) using these steps:

1. Click the three dots next to the meeting title. Click the Delete meeting button.

2. A pop-up will appear to confirm the deletion of the meeting. You'll need to type the word "DELETE" to confirm.
