You may capture an in-person or virtual meeting outside of Jump. When this occurs, you have two ways to upload your external audio file to Jump for AI processing:
Upload from your computer using my.jumpapp.com
Upload from your phone using the Jump mobile app (iOS or Android)
Upload an audio file through my.jumpapp.com
Best for: Uploading from a browser on your laptop/desktop computer
Requires: Access to my.jumpapp.com
If the meeting audio file is stored on your computer, follow these steps to upload it to your Jump account:
Locate the audio file on your device that you'd like to upload to Jump.
Open a browser and go to my.jumpapp.com.
Navigate to Meetings → All past.
Open the meeting you want to attach audio to.
Click the Meeting notes tab.
Click Select file.
Choose your audio file and upload.
Note: If this meeting isn’t on your calendar (or doesn’t already exist in Jump), click New Meeting → Upload meeting audio and select the relevant file from your device.
Upload an audio file using the Jump mobile app
Best for: Uploading an audio file directly from your phone
