Who is this for?

  • Full users on Ramping, Core, or Scale plans (legacy)

  • Full users on Meet

You can use the Jump iOS mobile app to capture phone calls and in-person meetings, whether they’re scheduled on your calendar or taken ad hoc.

Many other Jump features from the web browser experience are available in the iOS app, including note editing and syncing, meeting scheduling, AI Associate, and more.

Note: Access to the Join a call, meeting scheduling, and AI Associate features may be restricted by your broker-dealer or parent account.

How to sign in to Jump via the mobile app

You can sign into Jump via Microsoft, Google, or SSO. You can also use the email you used to set up your Jump account to receive a login code.

At the bottom of the screen, you can choose which region you're logging in from by clicking the arrow.

How to capture a scheduled in-person meeting

To capture an in-person meeting that’s on your calendar, go to the Home tab and click on the specific meeting. You can also find a list of meetings beyond the current day in the Meetings tab at the bottom of the screen.

When you’re ready to capture, click the Capture meeting audio button from within the meeting page.

You can click the red pause button if you need to temporarily stop the meeting capture.

When you’re ready to resume the capture, click the red Resume button. If needed, use the Meeting playback feature to listen back to what’s been captured so far.

Once you’ve completed the meeting capture, click the red pause button, then select Upload to submit the audio and generate the notes.

How to capture a spontaneous in-person meeting

If you need to capture an in-person meeting that’s not on your calendar, go to the Home tab, then click the Capture meeting now button at the bottom of the screen.

Alternatively, you can click the green + New meeting button on the top of the screen to immediately start capturing.

Note: If you tap Capture meeting now for an ad-hoc meeting and Jump detects a scheduled meeting in the nearby timeframe, it will ask if the scheduled meeting is the same meeting you're trying to capture.

If it is, select the meeting and the capture will be attached to the scheduled event. If it is not, simply tap Skip - I'm capturing a different meeting.

When you’re ready to end the capture, click the red pause button.

In the new window that appears, give the meeting a name and click Submit to upload the audio to Jump and generate the notes. You could also use the Save Draft button if you’re not yet ready to submit the audio.

If you save the meeting as a draft, you will see it in your meeting list, with the option to upload when you’re ready.

How to capture a phone call

You can also send the Jump notetaker to an active phone call using the mobile app. Go to the Today tab, click the Join my call button.

In the new window that opens, enter the phone number you’d like the Jump notetaker to call (usually, this is your own phone number), accept and merge the notetaker into your existing call.

For more information on this step, see here: How to capture a phone call with Jump.

Note: If you want to capture a phone call you’re taking on your mobile device that has the Jump app, you must use the Join my call feature. You cannot use the red New meeting capture button to capture your phone call conversation.

How to capture a meeting via the Contacts tab

You have two options to capture a meeting and automatically link it to a contact via the Contacts tab of the app.

Option One: In-person meeting

  1. Tap the desired contact in the Contacts tab. Next, tap the in-person meeting capture button in the top right corner of the contact.

  2. Return to the Home tab and push the red pause button when you're ready to complete the meeting.

  3. Title your meeting and tap Submit.

Option Two: Join my Call

  1. Tap the desired contact in the Contacts tab. Next, tap their phone number on their contact page.

  2. Tap the green button next to Start a call

  3. You and your client will be called by the Jump notetaker. When the call finishes, you can find the meeting in your Meetings tab in the Past section.

How to use the Meetings tab

From the Meetings tab, you can see past and upcoming meetings. You can also push the settings button in the top left of the screen to access Meeting display settings.

From here, you can configure your list items in the meeting tab to sort by meeting title and meeting attendees. You can also choose whether conferencing icons, meeting times, or attendee badges show in the meetings list.

On the Meetings tab, click into a specific meeting from the list to open the Meeting Details page.

From here, you can see Meeting prep, Send Notetaker now or click Edit meeting details.

In the Edit meeting details screen, you will find information about the meeting including attendees, time, conferencing details, the ability to toggle the notetaker on or off for the meeting, and the ability to Send notetaker now. You can also copy the link to the meeting from this view.

To edit meeting attendees, tap the Add attendees button. You can only edit the attendees of a past meeting.

After new attendees are added, Jump will ask if you'd like to reprocess the meeting. Click Reprocess meeting to do this.

You can also remove attendees from the same screen.

How to share meetings on the Jump iOS app

After capturing a meeting, you can share it with a Jump user by tapping the share button.

On the following screen, search the name of the user you'd like to share the meeting with.

Then, tap Save on the following screen.

How to sync notes to your CRM

After capturing a meeting using the Jump notetaker, you can edit and sync the notes to your CRM directly from the mobile app. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Meetings tab and click on the captured meeting.

  2. When the notes are ready to review, you will see Status: Meeting Completed.

  3. Scroll down to see the prepared meeting notes.

  4. Use the Edit button to make changes to the notes, if needed.

  5. Click on the provided automation to sync the note to your connected CRM.

How to access your booking links

With booking links, you can send a scheduling link to a client by copying it right from the app. To do this:

  1. Navigate to the Home tab

  2. In the Booking windows section, copy your desired link with the Copy Link button.
