How to download and navigate Jump's iOS app

Getting the Jump app on your iOS device.

Written by Bailey Schramm

Who has access to this feature?

  • Full users on Ramping, Core, or Scale (legacy)

  • Full users on Meet

The Jump iOS app works as your meeting assistant on the go. You can use the app to capture in-person meetings, review and edit notes, and sync them to your CRM before you’re back at your desk.

How to download the iOS mobile app

From your iPhone or iPad, find and download the Jump AI app from the Apple App Store.

Note: You log into the iOS app using the same Microsoft or Google account that you used to log into my.jumpapp.com.

Navigating the Jump iOS mobile app

The Jump iOS app has five main tabs:

Home

This tab shows any events scheduled for today from your connected calendar(s).

You can also start capturing an ad hoc meeting on the go by clicking the Capture meeting now button. Or, have the Jump notetaker join and capture a phone call by clicking on the Join a call button on the upper right-hand side of the screen.

Meetings

From the Meetings tab, you can view Past and Upcoming meetings by selecting the corresponding tab, or use the search bar at the top to look up a specific event.

Click into a specific meeting from the Past tab to review and edit notes captured by Jump, view meeting attendees, and use any note-syncing automations attached to the meeting type.

Note: You cannot add or remove meeting attendees from within the mobile app. Changes to the attendee list for an upcoming meeting need to be made within the scheduled event on your calendar. Changes to the attendee list after the meeting occurs will need to be done from your web browser at my.jumpapp.com.

Use the Upcoming tab to view meetings scheduled for the coming 2 weeks from your connected calendar(s). Click on a specific meeting to view the pre-meeting prep notes and see the attendees who are listed on the calendar event.

Note: Pre-meeting prep will show up on the meeting page in the mobile app before a meeting occurs. It will not be visible in the mobile app afterward when meeting notes have been generated. In the mobile app, pre-meeting prep is view-only, and you'll need to use Jump in the web browser (my.jumpapp.com) to regenerate or edit these prep notes.

Contacts

From the Contacts tab, you can see all your contacts' information and start a meeting with a contact.

Associate

AI Associate (AIA) is Jump’s AI-powered assistant designed to help financial advisors get fast, intelligent answers — grounded in your firm’s client data across Jump, integrated CRMs, financial planning software, email, meetings, and tasks.

More

On the More tab, you can view your Jump account details, log out of the app, view your mobile settings, and access support resources.

Here's what's available within the More tab on the Jump iOS app:

  • Account: View the email associated with your Jump account, your plan and seat type, and all active integrations.

  • Mobile settings: Adjust the app's appearance from Light to Dark mode, or leave the toggle on Auto to follow your phone's current global appearance settings.

Here, you can also view your mobile notification settings for the Jump app. Adjust your push notification settings by going to: Settings > Notifications > Jump on your iOS device.

  • Help and support: View our "best practices" video for using the Jump iOS app, access our help center, request a feature, and get in touch with the Jump support team via email.
