Note: Depending on your firm's or broker-dealer's policies, you may not have all of these options available at this time.

Option 1: Capture via laptop using my.jumpapp.com

If you want to capture a meeting via your laptop, you can use the web browser recorder on my.jumpapp.com.

To start capturing, click "+ New meeting" on the top left of the main Jump screen, and select "Capture meeting now."

Jump will start capturing in 3 seconds with a countdown, then you'll see the controls near the top of your screen:

Click the red button to stop, and click "Submit" to upload it from your computer to Jump for processing:

You can also select your microphone or download the audio before submitting.

If you have an existing calendar event in Jump, you can click into that meeting and then capture via the red button. This will ensure the audio and notes are attributed to the proper client.

Option 2: Capture via the iPhone or Android apps

If you want to capture via your phone, you can use our iOS or Android apps. As with capturing on my.jumpapp.com, there are two ways you can approach this:

  1. Click on the event, and then click the red button, stop the capture at the appropriate moment, and submit.

  2. Click the red button without first clicking into a particular calendar event, thus creating a new calendar event. Then click the button again to stop the recording at the appropriate moment, and submit.

Option 3: Capture a voice memo (or any other audio file) on your phone, and upload it to Jump manually

You can also capture a voice memo of the meeting using your phone, and upload it to Jump later using my.jumpapp.com. Just click the "New meeting" button, and select the "Upload meeting audio" option.

Or, go to an existing calendar event in Jump, and use the "Select file" button to pull in an audio recording:
