Note: Depending on your firm's or broker-dealer's policies, you may not have the option to download media from Jump.
Jump users have the option to download the audio or video of a past meeting captured by Jump.
Downloading media is not inherently necessary. Unless you have enabled automatic deletion of transcriptions and media, Jump will indefinitely save this data.
How to download media/transcripts from Jump
If you want a copy of the meeting audio/video saved to your computer, go to the AI-processed tab and click on the desired meeting.
Go to the panel on the right-hand side and click on the video camera icon. A window of the media and transcription will pop up on the screen.
Chrome Browser
If you are using a Chrome web browser, click on the three vertical white dots and select Download.

Safari Browser
If you are using Jump in the Safari web browser, the option to download an audio recording is not currently available.
To download a video recording, right-click on the video itself and then select Download Video from the drop-down menu that appears.
You have now successfully downloaded your meeting from Jump!
