Jump users have the option to download an audio or video recording from Jump of a past meeting. Downloading a recording is not inherently necessary; unless you have enabled automatic deletion of transcriptions and recordings, Jump will indefinitely save the recordings and transcriptions of meetings hosted in Jump.
(Notes: LPL users do not have the option to download a copy of a recording or transcription and already have automatic deletion of transcriptions and recordings after 7 days enabled in their accounts.)
If you do want a copy of a recording saved on your computer, go to the desired meeting.
Click on View meeting.
A window of the recording and transcription will pop up on the right-hand side of your screen.
Chrome Browser
If you are using a Chrome web browser, click on the three vertical white dots and select Download.

Safari Browser
If you are using a Safari web browser, the option to download an audio recording is not currently available.
To download a video recording, right-click on the video itself and then select Download Video from the drop-down menu that appears.
You have now successfully downloaded your meeting recording!
