If you want to learn how to delete an entire meeting (recording, transcript, notes, tasks, and recap email), see "How to delete a processed meeting." If instead you would like to delete the notes from inside a meeting in Jump, this article is for you!

Deleting notes from a meeting in Jump will not affect the notes in your CRM (such as Salesforce, Wealthbox, or Redtail) if you have already synced those notes.

To confirm whether your notes have already been synced to your CRM, click on "All past" meetings. Then click on the meeting with the notes you want to delete.

On the right-hand side of the meeting page under "Automations," check on "Add Note to [CRM]."

If the circle beside the "Add Note to [CRM]" automation is green, the note has been added to your CRM. (If the circle is yellow, the note has not yet been synced. Deleting the note means it will no longer be available in Jump or in your CRM. You may want to sync the note first and then delete it in Jump.)

On the meeting page, click on the Edit button beside the note you want to delete.

A pop-up window will appear with the note in an editable format. Highlight the meeting notes, delete, and press "Save & close."

When you return to the meeting page, you will see that the note is now empty.
