Before a client meeting, Jump generates pre-meeting prep by pulling data from:
The client's profile in your integrated CRM
Past meeting notes from meetings captured by Jump
In some instances, you may find that Jump is unable to find the correct CRM profile. As a result, it won't generate any pre-meeting prep.
What you can do to help Jump select the correct CRM profile
There are three things you can do to make sure Jump finds the correct CRM profile for generating pre-meeting prep:
1. Include the client's email address in the calendar invite
Jump uses the email address(es) listed on the calendar event to locate the relevant contact(s) from your linked CRM.
Ensure the client's email is added to the calendar event, and check your CRM to verify that this email address is linked with the correct client profile.
2. Include the client's full name in the meeting title
If Jump doesn't find a corresponding client profile from your CRM using the email address, it will also search for a CRM record using full names listed in the meeting title.
Simply putting the client's full name in the meeting title can help Jump identify the correct CRM contact.
Note: When using this method, help Jump find the correct contact in your CRM by including the client's full name, not just their first or last name. This can help reduce any confusion, as Jump may generate pre-meeting prep for another client with the same first or last name.
3. Choose a client from the dropdown
In some cases, Jump may attempt to generate pre-meeting prep, but fail to locate a record. In the place of the pre-meeting prep, you'll see a dropdown menu populate with an error message.
Click into the dropdown to search for the CRM contact or account that Jump should use to generate the pre-meeting prep.
Select the appropriate contact, then click Try again.
