If you would like to change how far in advance of a meeting you receive automated pre-meeting notes, you've come to the right place!
Jump defaults to a certain pre-meeting prep time in relation to the time of your meeting. If you are concerned that your pre-meeting prep notes are not generating, it may be because the notes have been set to automatically generate at a later time than you would expect.
To see that set time and change it, click on your profile name and then click on User Settings in the drop-down menu.
Select the Automations tab.
Under When this happens... click on Pre-Meeting Prep.
A pop-up window will appear.
In the pop-up window, you will see the Minutes before field, with the default number of minutes before the meeting when Jump will automatically generate pre-meeting notes.
Currently the pre-meeting notes are set to generate 60 minutes before the meeting.
You can change the number of minutes in the Minutes before field. For example, if you want to receive your pre-meeting prep notes a week in advance of the meeting, you can input "10080" (60 * 24 * 7; 60 minutes, 24 hours, 7 days). If you would like to receive your pre-meeting prep notes a day in advance, you can input "1440" (60 * 24).
Then click on the green Save and close button at the bottom of the pop-up window.
If one of your upcoming meetings is within the new time frame you have chosen, Jump will automatically generate pre-meeting prep notes for that meeting. You can confirm this by going to the Upcoming meeting tab, where you can see a green box indicating that pre-meeting prep has been generated.
You can also select a particular meeting and manually generate pre-meeting prep at any time before your meeting.
On the right-hand side of the meeting page, under Pre-meeting tasks, click on Generate pre-meeting prep.
You can view the pre-meeting prep notes in the meeting page, below the meeting name and list of attendees.
