Jump will generate a pre meeting prep for a client meeting 24 hours before a meeting.

Jump will pull information from the CRM you’re integrated with. If you’re not integrated with a CRM, Jump can use past meeting notes in Jump to generate a Pre Meeting Prep.

To ensure the Pre Meeting Prep can be generated for an event:

#1. Ensure your upcoming meetings are showing up in the Upcoming tab.

*Not sure how to do that? Check out this help center article

#2. Ensure you are linking a client to the meeting on your calendar. Jump will check the invitees email addresses on the event in your calendar. If it can’t find anybody, it will check the meeting title for the clients name.

a. So you can include them as a guest to the event invite.

or

b. Include the client’s first/last name in the meeting title.

What if I don’t want to wait 24 hours before an event to view my pre meeting prep?

You can #1. Generate the Pre Meeting Prep on demand or #2. Change the Pre Meeting Prep Automation setting so it generates automatically at a different time.
