What are Jump notifications?

There are two types of notification emails you can choose to receive from Jump:

  1. An email indicating that a meeting has been processed (meaning you can now view the meeting notes, recap email, etc.)

  2. An email letting you know that pre-meeting prep is ready to review for a specific meeting

How to turn on Jump notifications

If you didn't turn on Jump notifications during onboarding, here's how to enable them:

  1. Go to User settings > Preferences.

  2. Check on (or off, as desired) the settings to "Send me an email when a meeting is done processing" and "Send me an email when a pre-meeting prep is ready."

  3. Click Save.

How do notifications work if I'm a team admin?

Team admins can determine whether they want to receive emails only for meetings they own or for all team meetings.

Adjust this setting by going to User settings > Preferences > Email preferences > Meeting notification preferences and selecting your desired option.

This setting gives team admins more control over the number of email notifications they receive, while still maintaining visibility into their team's meetings within Jump.

What if I only want my team admin to receive email notifications?

If you don't want to receive email notifications from Jump, but you do want your admin to receive them, follow these steps:

  1. Go to User settings > Preferences > Email preferences.

  2. Under Additional notification emails, enter the email address of the person who should receive the email notifications.

  3. Select which notifications you'd like them to receive:

    1. Send me an email when a meeting is done processing

    2. Send me an email when a pre-meeting prep is ready

  4. Under Meeting notification preferences, select Only meetings I own.

  5. Click the green Save button before exiting.
