Why you might want to reprocess

There are a few reasons you might want to reprocess:

  1. Jump guessed the wrong meeting type, so it produced notes or a recap email using a template different from the one you wanted.

  2. Something doesn’t look right. Reprocessing acts like a refresh for AI-generated meeting outputs (notes, tasks, emails). If something didn’t populate correctly, reprocessing often fixes it. If issues persist, reach out via the messenger on the bottom‑right corner of this screen (or the bottom‑right corner of my.jumpapp.com).

Here are a few other reasons you might want to reprocess a meeting:

  1. You want to test a new customized note template to see the kinds of notes or recap emails it would generate for past meetings.

  2. You updated speaker names after an in‑person meeting and want the notes to reflect this. Learn more here.

  3. You added alternate email addresses so Jump doesn’t think an advisor (you or a colleague) is a client. Learn more here.

Note: Reprocessing a specific automation regenerates only that output. For example, reprocessing Notes does not change the Recap Email or Follow‑up Tasks.

If you reprocess the entire meeting, all automations regenerate. If you want to preserve existing outputs, choose only the specific automation(s) you want to refresh.

Note: If the meeting recordings and transcripts are no longer available due to your organization’s media retention policies, reprocessing may not be an option.

How to reprocess a full meeting

Reprocessing all meeting outputs is simple. Here's how you do it:

  1. Go to Meetings > AI‑processed.

  2. Select the meeting you want to reprocess.

  3. Click Reprocess (center‑right of the screen).

  4. In the window that opens, you can change the meeting type (if needed) to apply a different meeting template. Or, enter additional instructions for the reprocessing.

  1. Click Reprocess now, and all automations and outputs will reappear momentarily.

How to reprocess an individual automation

You have the option to reprocess just one meeting output in Jump, rather than the full meeting. Here’s how:

  • To reprocess the meeting note:

    • Click on the Reprocess button on the upper right-hand corner of the meeting notes.

    • In the window that opens, enter any additional instructions for the new note.

    • Click Reprocess now.

  • To reprocess the Recap Email:

    • Click on the Recap Email automation tile on the right-hand side of the screen.

    • Click the Reprocess button on the lower right-hand corner.

    • Enter any additional instructions for the new email.

    • Click Reprocess now.

  • To reprocess Follow-up tasks:

    • Click the Sync to [CRM] button next to Follow-up tasks.

    • Click the Reprocess button next to Tasks to sync. ****

    • In the new window that opens, enter any additional instructions for the new follow-up tasks.

    • Click Reprocess now.

  • To reprocess a LinkedIn post:

    • Click on the Generate LinkedIn post tile in the Automations panel on the right-hand side of the screen.

    • In the new window that opens, click the Reprocess button.

    • In the next window, enter any additional instructions for the new post.

    • Click Reprocess now.

A minute or two after reprocessing, you’ll see updated outputs for the items you selected.

Note: For New Record and Update CRM Record automations, the reprocess option appears at the field level (similar to the Edit experience). This lets you selectively regenerate individual fields without touching the rest.
