Who has access to this feature?
Full users
The Jump Android app works as your meeting assistant on the go. You can use the app to capture in-person meetings, review and edit notes, and sync them to your CRM before you’re back at your desk.
How to download the Android mobile app
From your Android device, find and download the Jump AI Notetaker app from the Google Play Store.
Navigating the Jump Android mobile app
The Jump Android app has four main tabs:
Today
This tab shows any events scheduled for today from your connected calendar(s).
You can also start capturing an ad hoc meeting from this tab by clicking the red capture bottom at the bottom-middle of the screen.
Or, use the plus sign (+) at the top right-hand corner to capture an in-person meeting or use the Join my call feature to send the Jump notetaker to capture a phone call.
Meetings
From the Meetings tab, you can view past meetings from the list, or use the search bar at the top to look up a specific event.
Click into a specific meeting to review and edit notes captured by Jump, view meeting attendees, and use any note-syncing automations attached to the meeting type.
Note: You cannot add or remove meeting attendees from within the mobile app. Changes to the attendee list after the meeting occurs will need to be done from your web browser at my.jumpapp.com.
Captures
The Captures tab shows the audio from meetings you’ve captured using the Android app, but have yet to upload to Jump.
Account
On the Account tab, you can log out of the app and view your push notification settings.
Note: You log into the Android app using the same Microsoft or Google account that you used to log into my.jumpapp.com.
You'll receive a login link via email
You should not have to log in for at least a week.
