The Jump iOS app works as your meeting assistant on the go. You can use the app to capture in-person meetings, review and edit notes, and sync them to your CRM before you’re back at your desk.
How to download the iOS mobile app
From your iPhone or iPad, find and download the Jump AI Notetaker app from the Apple App Store.
Navigating the Jump iOS mobile app
The Jump iOS app has three main tabs:
Today
This tab shows any events scheduled for today from your connected calendar(s).
You can also start capturing an ad hoc meeting on the go by clicking the green New Meeting button. Or, have the Jump notetaker join and capture a phone call by clicking on the Join my call button on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
Meetings
From the Meetings tab, you can view Past and Upcoming meetings by selecting the corresponding tab, or use the search bar at the top to look up a specific event.
Click into a specific meeting from the Past tab to review and edit notes captured by Jump, view meeting attendees, and use any note-syncing automations attached to the meeting type.
Note: You cannot add or remove meeting attendees from within the mobile app. Changes to the attendee list for an upcoming meeting need to be made within the scheduled event on your calendar. Changes to the attendee list after the meeting occurs will need to be done from your web browser at my.jumpapp.com.
Use the Upcoming tab to view meetings scheduled for the coming 2 weeks from your connected calendar(s). Click on a specific meeting to view the pre-meeting prep notes and see the attendees who are listed on the calendar event.
Note: Pre-meeting prep will show up on the meeting page in the mobile app before a meeting occurs. It will not be visible in the mobile app afterward when meeting notes have been generated. In the mobile app, pre-meeting prep is view-only, and you'll need to use Jump in the web browser (my.jumpapp.com) to regenerate or edit these prep notes.
Account
On the Account tab, you can log out of the app and view your push notification settings. If you’d like to make changes to this setting, go to Settings > Notifications > Jump on your iOS device.
Note: You log into the iOS app using the same Microsoft or Google account that you used to log into my.jumpapp.com.
You'll receive a login link via email, and when you click on this, the app will open.
You should not have to log in again for at least a week.
