  • Full users on Meet

  • Lite users who are Team meeting admin

To review the follow-up tasks generated after a meeting:

  1. Click the Tasks tab in the left-hand navigation of the meeting details page.

  2. Click the Sync to [CRM] hyperlink in the top right corner.

  3. This will pull up all of the tasks in a new window and allow you to review them prior to syncing them to your CRM.

If you need to create a task manually, you can click the + Add task button below the generated tasks and add it.

  4. You can reassign tasks to your teammates by clicking the name of the preselected assignee in the Assigned to column, or change things like task Type or Status via the dropdown menus (depending on your CRM, these can include Case or Workflow).

Note: If you're seeing two names show up for the same person in the Assigned to column (one with the Jump logo and the other with your CRM logo) select the one with the CRM logo to sync properly.

Note: Redtail users can assign a task to multiple assignees.

In the Related to box, select the client (contact or account) that the task pertains to.

Then, you are ready to sync the tasks to your CRM. Click on the green Sync these tasks to [CRM] button to complete this step.

After tasks are synced to your CRM, they have a Synced status and become mostly read-only in Jump. After syncing, you can delete the tasks from Jump, then they will only exist in your CRM.

Open any synced task to access a direct link to the task in your CRM.

Note: Action items can also be managed in a unified table across meetings. Learn more about Unified Action Items.
