Why should I connect my CRM to Jump?

Connecting your CRM to Jump helps in two ways:

  1. It lets you sync tasks, notes, and more to your CRM

  2. It lets you pull in information from your CRM for pre-meeting prep

Which CRMs does Jump work with?

Right now, Jump integrates seamlessly with nearly a dozen CRMs. Salesforce, Wealthbox, and Redtail are the "big three," but Jump is also capable of integrating with Advyzon, HubSpot, SmartOffice and Dynamics, in addition to Salesforce overlays Practifi, Quivr, Salentica, and XLR8.

We have more integrations in development, and if you don't see your preferred CRM, drop us a line and we can see about getting it supported! We also recommend reaching out to your CRM and tell them you'd like them to integrate with Jump. This helps a lot!

How do I connect my CRM to Jump?

Go to User settings > Integrations to view the CRMs supported in Jump. Under the relevant CRM, click the Connect button, then follow the login instructions.

Afterward, there will be a green "Connected" button to the right of the integration logo.
