Exporting your pre-meeting prep and AI-processed notes is handy if you don't have the option to sync to a CRM. You have two options to do so:

  • Copying and pasting the notes from Jump to an external document

  • Downloading the notes as a PDF

Option #1: Copying your notes

  1. Click on a meeting in the AI-processed tab.

  2. Click on the Pre-meeting prep or Meeting notes tab.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the note, where you’ll see a button that starts with Copy (it may read Copy Content, Copy Note, Copy Body, or simply Copy).

  4. Click the Copy button, which will copy the entire note to your device’s clipboard.

  5. Navigate to any other place on your device (like a document or CRM) and Right-Click > Paste, or use Command + V (Mac) or Control + V (Windows) to paste your copied content.

Option #2: Downloading and converting to PDF

  1. Click on the Pre-meeting prep or Meeting notes tab within a specific meeting.

  2. Locate the Download icon at the top-right corner of the note.

  3. Click the icon to export the meeting notes.

  4. Your device will prompt you to choose a folder and file name for your PDF.

  5. Save the file to your preferred location. Once saved, your note will be available in PDF format on your device.
