What you can do with the Unified Action Items table
A unified, action-oriented table that brings together action items from all meetings into one workflow.
Includes items such as tasks, CRM updates, and follow-up/recap emails.
Designed to help you manage and complete items at scale—without opening meetings one-by-one.
Create new tasks directly from the actions tab and attach them to various meetings, without having to navigate across multiple pages.
Where to find the Unified Action Items table
Open Jump.
In the left-hand navigation, click Actions.
You’ll see the unified table with tabs like All, Need attention, Completed and Archived.
Use filters, sorting, or grouping to quickly find and organize action items.
How to use the Unified Action Items table
Open the Actions table.
Choose a tab:
All: See everything across all meetings.
Need Attention: Your working inbox for items that still need action.
Completed: All completed action items which no longer require attention.
Archived: View items you’ve archived (and restore them if needed).
Find what you need:
Filter by Status, Assignee, Type, Source, Contact, or Date.
Sort by any column.
Group by a dimension (for example, Status) to review items in batches.
Take bulk action (multi-select items):
Reassign items: select multiple rows, choose a new owner, and apply.
Sync to CRM across meetings: select items from different meetings and sync them together.
Archive items you don’t need to work on right now (you can restore from Archived later).
Note: Bulk status updates aren’t currently supported.
How to create a new task from the Action Items table
You can add your own tasks to the Action Items table, alongside the ones Jump
generates from your meetings.
1. In the left-hand navigation, click Actions.
2. Click + New task in the top right.
3. Under Source Meeting, select the meeting this task belongs to.
4. Enter a Title and a Description.
5. Under Assigned to, search for and select the person responsible.
6. Optionally, set a Status—new tasks default to Todo—and a Due date.
7. Click Save and close.
Your new task appears in the Action Items table under the Task group, and on
the meeting you linked it to. From either place, you can sync it to your CRM
the same way you'd sync a task Jump created for you.
Note: Every task you create has to be linked to a meeting that has finished
processing and has not been archived. Source Meeting, Title, Description, and
Assigned to are all required fields.
