How to control which features your users can access

Choose which Jump features and integrations your users can access from the Access restrictions tab.

Written by Mitchell Murphy

Who has access to these settings?

  • Account owners

  • Compliance admins

The Access restrictions tab lets you choose which Jump features and integrations everyone on your account can use. If a feature is turned off here, users on the account won't see it in Jump.

To get there, go to Profile & settings > Compliance > Access restrictions.

How to enable & disable features

Turn on only the features your firm has approved. Changes apply to every user on the account once you save.

  1. Go to Profile & settings > Compliance > Access restrictions.

  2. Expand a category, such as Jump Features or CRM.

  3. Select a feature to turn it on, or clear it to turn it off. A check mark means the feature is on.

  4. Click Save.

Note: Each category shows how many of its features are turned on, such as 12/22. The options you see can vary by account.
