The Jump Email Assistant lets you bring AI Associate (AIA) into your Outlook inbox to get answers about your clients’ meetings without ever leaving your email, see AI-generated tasks (syncing to CRM coming soon), and draft emails (responses in your voice, with context, and email templates coming soon).
Who can use this feature?
All users
Before you start:
A Microsoft business account is required. The add-in isn't available for personal Microsoft accounts.
Your firm's Microsoft admin needs to install the add-in first. It won't show up if you search for it in Outlook directly — it has to be installed through the Microsoft AppSource marketplace by an admin before anyone at your firm can use it.
This feature is in beta. Reach out to your Jump contact to request access for your account before starting setup.
What is the Jump email assistant?
The Jump email assistant brings the AI Associate and answers to your questions about your clients directly into your Outlook sidebar. Once it's set up, you can ask AIA to look up client information, create tasks, and draft emails—all from inside Outlook.
