Before You Start (Important Information)

  • A Microsoft business account is required. The add-in isn't available for personal Microsoft accounts.

  • Your firm's Microsoft admin needs to install the add-in first. It won't show up if you search for it in Outlook directly — it has to be installed through the Microsoft AppSource marketplace by an admin before anyone at your firm can use it.
