Who has access to this feature?

  • Account owners

Note: Updating the notetaker image will change this setting for all users on the account, not just the person updating the image.

This setting is set at the account level, so only those who have access to the Account settings/Compliance settings tabs (account owners) can change it.

To update the Jump notetaker image that appears during virtual meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, etc.), navigate to the Compliance button located in the bottom left corner of your screen.

Click on the Notetaker settings tab.

Scroll down to Notetaker images.

Here, you'll be able to select an image to display at the following points:

  • When the notetaker has joined the meeting, but hasn't begun to capture

  • When the notetaker is actively capturing

  • When the notetaker is paused, but hasn't ended the capture

  • When there is an issue preventing the notetaker from capturing

For the appropriate instance, click the Select file button, and choose your desired notetaker image. Click the green Save button to update your account. Be advised, only JPG images are supported.

This is also the page where you can rename the notetaker name, if you wish. You can learn more about this process here.

Note: If you're not an account owner, you can't access the Account settings tab in Jump to make this adjustment. You'll need to reach out to an owner on your account to request this change.
