Who has access to this feature?
Account owners
Note: The notetaker name is a feature that all users on the account share. Updating the notetaker will change it for all users, not just the person making the update.
Only those who have access to the Compliance settings tab (account owners) can make this change.
To change the name, go to Profile & settings > Compliance > Notetaker settings.
Scroll down to the Notetaker images section.
Write the new notetaker name in the text box under Notetaker name (shown here as "Lumon's Notetaker" for an example).
Click the green Save button to update the name.
