In Jump, you can sync tasks / cases / workflows / activities to your CRM. We'll refer to all of these as "tasks" going forward, even though the correct name depends on which CRM you are using.

First you'll want to make sure your automation has a "Create tasks" type (this is on by default for most new Jump users).

If you associate it with a meeting type, tasks will be created when you have that type of meeting. You can reprocess existing meetings using different meeting types if necessary.

After reviewing the tasks, you can Sync them to your CRM using this button. If you need to create a task manually first, you can click "Add Task" below the generated tasks and add it in.

In the Sync window, you can reassign tasks to your teammates by clicking the name of the preselected assignee, change task type via the dropdown on the left (depending on your CRM, these can include Case or Workflow), and make sure to select the correct destination in the bar at the top.

After tasks are synced to your CRM, they have a "Synced" status and become mostly read-only, though you can delete them from Jump and then they will only exist in your CRM.
