In Jump, you can sync tasks / cases / workflows / activities to your CRM. We'll refer to all of these as "tasks" going forward, even though the correct name depends on which CRM you are using.
First you'll want to make sure your automation has a "Create tasks" type.
If you associate it with a meeting type, tasks will be created when you have that type of meeting.
After reviewing the tasks, you can Sync them to your CRM using this button.
After tasks are synced to your CRM, they have a "Synced" status and become mostly read-only, though you can delete them from Jump and then they will only exist in your CRM.
