Once you've collected information in meetings or otherwise, you can use it to auto-fill and enrich Smart Forms before syncing them to your connected systems.
How to enrich a form with AI
Enriching a form is a proactive workflow that lets you use AI to pre-fill form fields before sending a form, or at any point while reviewing it.
You pick one or more sources — meeting transcripts or documents — and Jump analyzes them to suggest values for relevant fields. Advisors rarely capture every important detail in a single meeting or document, so you can start with one source and keep adding more over time as new information becomes available.
This is different from the automatic post-meeting fill described in the Auto-filling forms after meetings section. Enrichment puts you in control of when a source is used and which sources are used.
Here's how to enrich a form:
From the Forms page, click Enrich Form.
Select a Form template you'd like to enrich along with the associated contact.
Search for and select your Sources — meeting transcripts, documents, or any combination. You can select more than one.
Click Confirm. Jump creates the form instance and runs AI field suggestions in the background.
Once complete, suggested fields will appear in the form with ✨ Auto-filled indicators. Fill in the rest of the form as you normally would. Hovering over a suggested value shows which source it came from, so you always know whether it originated from a document, a call, or elsewhere.
When you're ready, click Actions and choose your destination to sync the form to your CRM or a supported Financial Planning tool. If the form includes a repeatable group, Jump can suggest entries for it based on what it finds in your sources — for example, adding a row for each beneficiary named in a meeting. Review each suggested entry the same way you would any other suggested value. You can also click Save to keep your updates, or send the form to the client to fill in anything still missing.
Adding sources to a form later
You don't have to enrich all at once. When you receive new documents or hold another meeting with a client, you can layer that information into an existing form.
From an open form, click Actions > Add sources, choose your source, and click Confirm.
You'll then see the additional suggestions in the panel, each labeled with its source.
This is especially useful for building out a client's information as you learn more over time.
Auto-filling forms after meetings
After the meeting is processed, Jump’s AI suggests values for unanswered fields. These suggested answers are represented by the blue segment in the progress bar.
Click into the form to view the fields with the Suggested values.
Apply individual suggestions by clicking on the Suggested: icon under each field, or apply all using the Apply suggestions button in the top right-hand corner of the form window. Click Save before exiting.
Syncing form responses to your connected systems
When you’re ready to update a connected system, use the sync button in the lower-right corner of the form window. Depending on your connected integrations, you can sync responses to your CRM or to a supported Financial Planning tool.
Before syncing, Jump shows a review step with existing values and new values from the form. You can edit values, exclude fields, and confirm which updates should be written.
Fields inside a repeatable group aren't included in this sync. Because a repeatable group can contain any number of entries, those fields don't flow through the standard one-to-one field mapping, even when the individual fields are mapped to your CRM. You'll need to enter that information in your CRM manually.
You can also copy individual answers with ⌘C/CTRL+C or download a PDF copy of the full form.
Updating Financial Planning tools from a Smart Form
If your firm has a supported Financial Planning integration connected in Jump, you can use Smart Form responses to create or update records in supported Financial Planning tools, including eMoney, RightCapital, and Asset-Map. To do this:
Navigate to a desired Smart Form.
On the Smart Form, ensure that you have reviewed all necessary data. Then, click the Update button on your desired connected financial planning tool. Jump will review the form responses and suggest the Financial Planning records or entities that can be created or updated.
Smart Form templates do not need field-level mappings for this workflow. However, adding field-level mappings can provide Jump with additional context about how form responses relate to Financial Planning data.
Before applying updates, you can review suggested changes, edit values, exclude fields, or select the correct target record if Jump cannot identify it automatically. Updates are not applied until you confirm them.
Nothing is written to the Financial Planning tool until you review and confirm the sync.
Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
What's the difference between "Enrich a form" and auto-fill after a meeting?
What's the difference between "Enrich a form" and auto-fill after a meeting?
Auto-fill happens automatically after a meeting is processed — Jump detects any linked forms and suggests values from the transcript. Enrichment is a manual, proactive workflow where you choose one or more sources (meetings or documents) and trigger it yourself, at any time.
Why didn't my mapped fields inside a repeatable group sync to my CRM?
Why didn't my mapped fields inside a repeatable group sync to my CRM?
Fields inside a repeatable group don't use the standard one-to-one field mapping, so they aren't included when you sync a form — even if each field is mapped to a CRM field. You can still collect and review this information in Jump, but you'll need to enter it in your CRM manually.
