What are Jump contacts?

Jump contacts create a centralized repository for client information, allowing you to see all related meetings, notes, and tasks for a client in one place. This feature automatically imports contacts from supported CRMs, creating a seamless experience without manual entry.

Contacts enable richer pre-meeting prep by connecting historical meeting data with specific contacts.

Currently, Jump can pull contacts from the following CRMs:

  • Salesforce and Salesforce overlays

  • Redtail

  • Wealthbox

  • Dynamics 365

  • Advyzon

Don't see your CRM? Let us know which CRM you would like to see supported by making a feature request!

Note: Advyzon users will need to search and add contacts one at a time, they cannot be bulk imported at this time. However, contacts will be auto-imported to Jump when email addresses for those contacts are found in a calendar event.

Where to find Jump contacts?

Access Jump contacts through the All Contacts tab in the main menu.

Note: A user will only see the contacts they have access to in their CRM. By default, contacts are not shared across users on an account.

How to use Jump contacts

Click on the All Contacts tab to view contacts from your CRM. These will be automatically imported for your CRM as long as you have connected it to Jump.

Search for specific contacts using the search bar at the top of the contact list view.

Click on a contact name to open their detail page, where you can view all associated information.

From this page, you can view historical meetings from the Past meetings tab, or access on-demand pre-meeting prep from the Pre-meeting prep tab. Click the Regenerate now button to refresh the meeting prep with recent information.

Note: If you add a new contact to your CRM, there is no manual entry required to add it to Jump. Jump automatically imports new CRM contacts multiple times per day to keep your contact list current.

How to add contacts to past meetings

You can link contacts from your CRM to past meetings that were captured and processed by Jump. This may be useful when clients were not listed as attendees before the meeting occurred, like for in-person or impromptu meetings.

Here's how to add clients to past meetings in Jump:

  1. Go to the AI-processed tab and click on the specific meeting.

  2. Click on the Edit attendees button to the right of the existing attendees.

  3. In the pop-up window that opens, click into the box below the Attendees label, and start typing the contact you want to add. Available contacts that match will appear.

  4. Select the relevant contact to add them to the meeting. From the updated list of attendees, you can also remove attendees from the meeting by hovering over a name and clicking on the "X" that appears.

  5. Before exiting, click the green Done button to save your changes.
