What is Shared Calendars?
Shared Calendars (Team Scheduling) allows a booking window owner to link a second team member’s calendar to the same booking window.
Jump checks availability across both calendars in real time and only shows time slots where everyone is available, based on the booking window’s scheduling rules.
Clients see a normal booking flow with one set of available times; Jump handles the coordination in the background.

Requirements
Each linked team member must have an active calendar integration connected to Jump (Google or Microsoft 365).
A team member without a connected calendar can’t be added to a shared booking window.
The booking window is owned and managed by the advisor who created it.
Where to find Shared Calendars
Go to Profile & settings > User settings > Booking Windows.
Create a new booking window, or open an existing booking window to edit it.
In the booking window settings, find the Booking calendar selector.
How to set up a shared booking window
Go to Profile & settings > User settings > Booking Windows.
Create a new booking window, or open an existing booking window to edit it.
In the Booking calendar selector, choose your primary calendar.
Click + Add a calendar.
Select a second team member from the list.
Only team members with an active Google or Microsoft 365 calendar integration will appear.
Click Done to save your booking window.
Once added, the booking window uses combined availability from both calendars.
How it works for clients
Clients book through the same booking link and follow the same steps as any other Jump booking window.
Available times are shown in the client’s timezone.
The only difference is behind the scenes: Jump only displays time slots where all linked calendars are available.
After booking, both team members receive the calendar invite.
FAQ
