What this guide covers

This guide shows you how to use Document Intelligence to:

  • Upload a statement into Jump

  • Review extracted holdings data

  • Create a holdings CSV import for RightCapital


Uploading the document

  1. Navigate to Documents > Upload Document

  2. On the next screen, click Select File and then click on your desired file to upload it.

  3. After the document uploads, navigate to Document Profile and confirm the Document name, Document type, Contact, and then select Holdings CSV in the Destinations field.

    Note: if you do not see an available document type, you can type the document type into the field.

  4. Click Next: Sync to destination.


Saving the data as a CSV

  1. When the document finishes processing, review the holdings information in the Sync to Extract Holdings CSV section.

  2. If any data is incorrect, you can change it on this screen.

  3. When you’re ready, click the Download CSV button for each individual account.

  4. Next, click Confirm & Finish at the bottom corner of the screen to complete the document wizard.


Uploading your CSV to RightCapital

  1. Open your RightCapital account and navigate to Profile > Net Worth > Investment Account.

  2. Select the Entry method: Enter holdings / asset class

  3. Select the downward arrow next to Add Holdings, then choose Upload Holdings from the dropdown menu.

  4. Upload the CSV file you generated in Document Intelligence into the Upload Holdings page.

  5. Confirm Security, Quantity, Price, Value, and Cost Basis fields before finalizing.

  6. Click Save to finish the upload.


Troubleshooting

  • I don’t see RightCapital as a destination

    • Confirm RightCapital is connected for your account.

  • The CSV is processing for a long time

    • Refresh after a few minutes.

    • Very large files may take longer.

  • Holdings imported incorrectly

    • Re-open the document review and correct the extracted fields.

    • If the issue persists, contact Jump support and include the document name and approximate upload time.

  • Does Jump import holdings without my approval?

    • No. Document Intelligence is a review-first workflow.
