Who should connect Jump to RightCapital?

  • All Full users

  • All Lite users

Why connect RightCapital to Jump?

RightCapital is one of the top financial‑planning tools for advisors. By linking it to Jump, you can keep client plans updated automatically based on what was discussed in your meetings. Jump suggests new or updated Incomes, Expenses, Goals, and Family records, so your plan always reflects the latest information without extra data entry.

What you can do today

  • Connect to RightCapital with a simple OAuth 2.0 flow in Settings → Integrations.

  • Let Jump suggest updates. After each meeting, you will see an automation card titled Update RightCapital. Jump reviews your meeting transcript, compares it to the current RightCapital data, and drafts recommendations to create or update Incomes, Expenses, Goals, and Family records.

  • Smart household matching. Jump automatically picks the RightCapital household that matches your meeting attendees. If the guess is wrong, you can choose another household from a dropdown.

  • Review, edit, and sync. In a modal, you can accept, edit, or ignore each recommendation. When you click Sync to RightCapital, Jump pushes the approved changes using the RightCapital Partner API.

How to connect to RightCapital

  1. In Jump, open Settings → Integrations.

  2. Scroll to Financial‑Planning Integrations and select RightCapital.

    1. If you are not seeing a RightCapital integration option, reach out to [email protected] for support.

  3. Click Connect. A RightCapital login window will open.

  4. Sign in with your RightCapital credentials and grant Jump access.

  5. When the window closes you will see a confirmation banner in Jump and the RightCapital tile will show as Connected.

What is not included (yet)

  • Data pull for Pre‑Meeting Prep. This integration focuses on pushing updates to RightCapital. RightCapital data is not yet displayed inside the Jump meeting prep.

  • New Household Creation. The household needs to be created in RightCapital in order for Jump to suggest updates.

We are collecting feedback and will expand functionality!
