What is the marketing content generator in Jump?

The marketing content generator is a tool in Jump that automatically transforms your meeting highlights into draft social media posts that you can review and edit before sharing.

Posts generated in Jump can be copied manually or published directly to LinkedIn, once you have connected your account to Jump.

This tool helps you save time by eliminating the need to manually create marketing content after every client interaction. It also helps you maintain a consistent social media presence with minimal effort.

Note: Marketing content is generated by Jump on a per-meeting basis. Jump cannot review all past meeting to generate a post.


Where to find the marketing content generator in Jump

After each meeting that Jump captures, a draft post will automatically generate if you have set up a "Generate Post" automation. If you'd like the ability to directly publish the post on your LinkedIn profile from Jump, first connect your LinkedIn account by going to User settings > Integrations > Marketing integrations> LinkedIn > Connect.

To create a post generation automation: go to User settings > Automations > Do this… Find the Generate LinkedIn post automation. Click on it to view and edit the default prompt.

In pop-up window, the Description field is where you can provide general instructions that the AI system will use to generate each post. The Example field is an example of what you’re looking for. This is where you could copy in one of your past posts as an example for Jump’s AI system.

Note: You don’t need to connect Jump to your LinkedIn account to access this feature. You can still generate posts and copy them manually without connecting LinkedIn. However, direct publishing requires LinkedIn integration.


How to use the marketing content generator

After a meeting has been captured and processed by Jump, navigate to the right-hand panel to view the associated Automations for the meeting.

Here, you’ll find a tile for the Generate LinkedIn post automation.

Click on the tile to view the LinkedIn post generated by Jump based on the meeting transcript, the prompt, and example that you provided when setting up the automation.

Within this window, you can review the post and make your desired edits, then click the Post to LinkedIn button to share directly to your connected profile. If your LinkedIn account is not connected to Jump, you can click the Copy button to save the draft to your device’s clipboard, then manually paste it into your preferred platform.

Note: The marketing content generator is not exclusive to generating LinkedIn posts. You can edit the automation's prompt and example to change the output format to blogs, newsletters, or other content types.
