What you can do with Jump for Redtail

Once connected, Jump appears as an AI Notetaker tab directly inside Redtail, with no switching between apps. Here's what you can do with the embedded integration:

  • View your meetings list: See all your Jump meetings in one place, right inside Redtail.

  • View meeting details: Click any meeting to see your AI-generated notes, participants, and follow-up tasks.

  • Access pre-meeting prep: Pull up contact context and prep materials before a meeting, powered by Jump's AI.

  • Capture a new meeting: Start or capture a meeting directly from the embedded experience.

  • Save to Redtail: Sync your meeting notes, tasks, and update fields in Redtail, keeping your CRM up to date without any manual entry.

Note: Advanced settings such as automation setup, pre-meeting prep templates, and calendar configuration are managed in your Jump account. If you need to adjust any of these, log into Jump directly and return to Redtail when you're done.

  • Confirm your Redtail admin enabled Jump for your Redtail database.

I’m getting an auth error, or the embed is blank.

  • Refresh Redtail.

  • Re-open the Jump area.

  • In the Jump integration settings in Redtail, disconnect and reconnect.

It worked yesterday but not today.

  • Reconnect your Jump account from Redtail’s Jump settings.
