Who can integrate with Redtail?
Full users
Lite users
Connecting your Redtail account to Jump enables seamless data sharing between the two platforms to minimize manual data entry.
First, you can connect your Redtail Calendar to Jump to set up automatic notetaker attendance for scheduled meetings.
To help you prep for an upcoming meeting, Jump will pull key client context from Redtail to generate pre-meeting prep notes for the client(s).
After the meeting, you can sync Jump’s post-meeting AI outputs back to Redtail, including notes and follow-up tasks.
How to integrate with Redtail
Log in to my.jumpapp.com and go to Profile & settings > User settings > Integrations > + Add an integration > CRM.
Select the Redtail tile, then click Add integration.
Sign in using your Redtail credentials to grant Jump access.
Back in Jump, a new window will appear where you can select what to sync to Redtail after a meeting and where it should go.
Note: If you also use Redtail as your calendar, not just a CRM, you can take these steps to sync Redtail events to Jump:
Go to Profile & settings > User settings > Preferences.
Scroll down to the Calendars section.
Under Calendars to sync, click into the dropdown to select the Redtail calendar categories that you would like to sync to Jump.
After selecting your desired categories, click the green Save button before exiting. The events from this Redtail calendar category will sync to Meetings > Upcoming in a few moments.
For more information on why this step is important, see here: How and why to sync my events into the Upcoming tab of Jump.
