Zoho CRM Integration

Integrate Jump with Zoho CRM to streamline client data sharing between the two platforms.

Written by Bailey Schramm

Who can integrate with Zoho CRM?

  • Lite users

  • Full users

Use Jump’s Zoho CRM integration to streamline pre- and post-meeting workflows and reduce the need for manual data entry.

Before a meeting, Jump will prepare pre-meeting prep notes using customer data from Zoho CRM. After a meeting, you can sync meeting notes and follow-up tasks back to Zoho in just a few clicks.

Note: Before integrating with Zoho, ensure your Zoho profile has API access/permission to read CRM users. Additionally, ensure you are an active Zoho CRM user with access to CRM and have fully approved the Jump OAuth consent.

Key Capabilities

  • Generate pre-meeting prep from Zoho CRM records before a client meeting.

  • Sync AI-captured notes to Zoho CRM after a meeting.

  • Create Zoho CRM tasks from action items discussed in a captured meeting.

  • Access Zoho CRM contacts in Jump for on-demand pre-meeting prep and meeting history
