Account owners
How to view and pay your invoices
Account owners can access invoices by going to Profile & settings > Account settings.
Click on the Subscription & users tab to view your current subscription and a list of users associated with your firm's Jump Account
Next, click on the Manage subscription button found in the top right-hand corner of the Subscription & users setting page.
You will then be brought to a billing portal where you can make the desired changes.
To update or change payment information, find the section INVOICE HISTORY. You will see a list of your firm's invoice history, along with the status of each invoice. You are then able to manage each invoice and pay any outstanding invoices.

Note: If you don't have access to Account settings, you are not an account owner. Reach out to your firm's account owner to request details and make changes to your subscription.
