How to update my billing contact information

Learn how to update your billing contact information.

Who can access this feature?

  • Account owners

To update your billing contact information, start by going to Profile & settings > Account settings > Billing.

Here, you can view your current subscription and a list of users associated with your firm's Jump account.

Next, click the "View subscription in Stripe" button in the middle of the Billing page.


This will open a billing portal where you can make the desired changes. To update / change payment information, find the section BILLING INFORMATION. Then, select Update information.

On the page that opens, you can update your billing name, email, address, and phone number.

Note: If you don't have access to Account settings in Jump, you are not an account owner. Reach out to your firm's account owner to request details and make changes to your subscription.
