Jump offers two types of user seats: Full Seat and Lite Seat. Each seat type is designed to match different role requirements in your practice, while working together seamlessly to manage client meetings and notes.

Full Seat Users

  • Ideal Role: These users typically meet with clients

  • Meeting Capabilities: Can send the Jump notetaker to video calls or use it during in-person meetings.

  • Post-Meeting Actions: Receive AI-processed notes automatically after each meeting.

Lite Seat Users

  • Ideal Role: These users often work in support or administrative roles.

  • Meeting Capabilities: Cannot send the Jump notetaker to meetings, as they are not primarily meeting with clients.

  • Access & Visibility: Can help review pre-meeting prep, sync notes and tasks for other Jump users.

Team Admin Setup

If you have Lite Seat users on your account, you can grant them access to other users upcoming and AI processed meetings by following the instructions found in this help center article.

Automations

Automations are the main difference between Full and Lite seats. Full seat users rely on automations to generate and distribute meeting notes, whereas Lite seat users have limited access focused on review and support:

  • Full Seat: Gains a range of automations to streamline note-taking and follow-ups.

  • Lite Seat: Can still collaborate and support the team, but does not have automations since they don't meet with clients.

*Jump will automatically set-up a full seat user with automations. If you have any other questions about the automations page or would like to make your own, reach out to our support team by clicking on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your Jump portal and send us a message!
