If you have multiple Jump users at your firm, congratulations! That's much less lonely, and it also means this is the right article for you to be reading.

Giving users access to see each other's meetings

If you have multiple users in your firm-level Jump account, you'll want to set their permissions -- Who can see what, who can sync notes to Salesforce / Redtail / Wealthbox for whom, etc.

Jump has an extremely flexible permission system, so it's possible to support complex setups. For example, do you want Jane to be able to see Steve's meetings, and Steve to be able to see Kautar's, but Kautar to only see her own? We can do that.

To do this, please reach out to [email protected] or communicate with the Jump team through the Jump messenger in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. All we need to know is who should see who else's meetings, and we'll get that set up.

One common issue

If your team member signed up, but not through an invite link you sent (they just went to my.jumpapp.com), they are probably technically under a separate firm account, and we'll need to merge that into your main account. Let the Jump team know, and we can combine those accounts for you.

Let us know if you have any questions! We're happy to help.
