Jump’s HubSpot integration allows you to:

  • Sync Jump Meeting Notes to a HubSpot contact

  • Sync Jump Follow-up Tasks as New HubSpot Tasks

  • Pull in HubSpot Contact data for Jump pre meeting prep

  • And more...

To enable this integration, your HubSpot user must have the following permissions. If you do not have these permissions, please contact your organization’s HubSpot Super Admin to adjust your user role.

Required HubSpot Permissions

  1. CRM Objects Permissions

    • Contacts (View, Edit)

    • Companies (View, Edit)

    • Deals (View, Edit)

    • Tickets (View, Edit)

    • Tasks (View, Edit)

    • Notes (View, Edit)

    • CRM emails (View, Edit)

    • Meetings (View)

    • Calls (View)

  2. Automation Tab

    • Workflows (View, Edit or View Only)

  3. Account Settings Access

    • App Marketplace access (turned on)

    • Edit property settings (turned on)

Connecting Jump to HubSpot

  1. Open Jump and go to User Settings > Integrations.

  2. Find the HubSpot tile and click Connect.

Note: If your HubSpot user does not have the permissions mentioned, you will see a “Couldn't complete the connection” error in HubSpot.

Steps

  1. Check Permissions: Confirm you have all the permissions above in your HubSpot user profile.

  2. Contact Super Admin: If you do not have these permissions, reach out to your HubSpot Super Admin or IT team to update your role.

  3. Connect to HubSpot: Once permissions are in place, return to Jump and follow the integration steps. You should now be able to authenticate successfully.
