Who should connect to HubSpot?

  • All Full users

  • All Lite users

Jump’s HubSpot integration allows you to:

  • Sync Jump meeting notes to a HubSpot contact

  • Sync Jump follow-up tasks as new HubSpot tasks

  • Pull in HubSpot contact data for Jump pre-meeting prep

  • And more...

Required HubSpot Permissions

To connect HubSpot to Jump, a HubSpot user must have the following permissions:

  1. CRM permissions

    • Contacts (View, Edit)

    • Companies (View, Edit)

    • Deals (View, Edit)

    • Tickets (View, Edit)

    • Tasks (View, Edit)

    • Notes (View, Edit)

    • CRM emails (View, Edit)

    • Meetings (View)

  2. Automation permissions

    • Workflows (View, Edit or View Only)

  3. Account permissions

If you do not have these permissions and try to connect HubSpot to Jump, you will see a "Connected complete the connection" error:

If you receive this error or know you do not have these permissions, please contact your organization’s HubSpot Super Admin to adjust your user role in HubSpot.

Instructions for HubSpot Super Admins are included in the "For Super Admins: How to Set HubSpot Permissions" section of this Help article.

Connecting Jump to HubSpot

Once your permissions are configured correctly,

  1. Open Jump and go to User settings > Integrations > + Add an integration > CRM.

  2. Click on the HubSpot tile and click Add integration.

HubSpot Integration Troubleshooting Steps

If you receive the "Connected complete the connection" error, take the following steps:

  1. Check permissions: Confirm you have all the above permissions in your HubSpot user profile.

  2. Contact Super Admin: If you do not have these permissions, reach out to your HubSpot Super Admin or IT team to update your role.

  3. Connect to HubSpot: Once permissions are in place, return to Jump and follow the integration steps. You should now be able to authenticate successfully.
