Who can make requests?

  • All users

Your experience as a user is extremely valuable to us. We at Jump are constantly working to develop new features our users want.

To request a specific feature or integration, click Help on the left-side navigation panel in Jump.

Choose Request a feature from the list that populates.

This will open up a separate window for feedback requests. Here, you can view existing requests from fellow Jump users to determine if your desired feature has already been requested.

If so, you can "upvote" the request to show your interest by clicking the numbered button beside the entry.

If your desired feature or integration has not yet been requested, you can make a new entry using the form at the top of the page.

Enter a quick summary of your requested feature, plus any additional details that might be helpful. Click Submit request to share your feedback with our team.

We keep an internal record of feature requests and will notify you once a particular feature/integration has been added to Jump.
