How to access meeting capture consent settings

If you're an Account owner, you can manage consent monitoring settings by navigating to the Compliance tab.

Click on the Meeting data tab.

Scroll down to the Meeting capture consent section.

Select your preferred settings

There are three pre-defined options for Jump to determine recording consent.

Option 1: Automatic detection of verbal consent

Under this configuration, Jump will analyze the transcript and indicate if there was an interaction between the advisor and the client where capture consent was obtained.

You can find record of this by clicking into the specific meeting then selecting the Analytics tab.

Option 2: Self Attestation

When this option is selected, the advisor must attest that they received the client's consent to capture the meeting before they're able to access the notes.

Option 3: Off

Users may choose to have no automatic or manually recorded consent produced in Jump.
