How to access meeting capture consent settings

If you're an Account owner, you can manage consent monitoring settings by navigating to Profile & settings > Compliance.

Click on the Meeting data tab.

Scroll down to the Meeting capture consent section.

Select your preferred settings

There are four pre-defined options for Jump to determine recording consent.

Option 1: Automatic detection of verbal consent

Under this configuration, Jump will analyze the transcript and indicate if there was an interaction between the advisor and the client where capture consent was obtained.

You can find record of this by clicking into the specific meeting then selecting the Analytics tab.

Option 2: Self Attestation - Confirm after

When this option is selected, the advisor must attest to receiving client consent before accessing meeting notes after a recording.

Option 3: Automatic detection + Self Attestation

With this selection, a hybrid of options 1 and 2 are enabled. Jump still analyzes the transcript to check for consent during the captured meeting, but advisors must also attest prior to accessing the notes.

Option 4: Off

Users may choose to have no automatic or manually recorded consent produced in Jump.
