To log in to your account with Jump, visit my.jumpapp.com. If your email address is not hosted by Gmail or Outlook, you can log in through what we call the magic link login page.
Steps for accessing the magic link login page:
Visit my.jumpapp.com and click on "Why sign in with one of these accounts?"
Then click on "Sign in a different way."
Enter your email address and click on the green button labeled "Send me the login link."
Check your email inbox for the link that was just sent to you.
Make sure to bookmark this link (https://my.jumpapp.com/login?other_options=true) so you can find your way back to the magic link login page quickly in the future.
