To log into your account with Jump, visit my.jumpapp.com. If your email address is not hosted by Gmail or Microsoft (or you didn't want to sign up for Jump using this account), you can log in by receiving a secure login code at your email.
Here's how to log in with a login code:
Visit my.jumpapp.com/login and click on Sign in a different way.
Enter your email address in the provided field and click on the green Request login code button.
Check your inbox for an email from Jump containing the secure log in code.
Return to the login page at my.jumpapp.com/login and enter the provided code.
Make sure to bookmark this page (https://my.jumpapp.com/login?other_options=true) so you can find your way back to this login page quickly in the future.
