Connect Jump to RingCentral by going to User settings > Integrations > Meeting Integrations > RingCentral > Connect.

Once you've connected Jump to RingCentral, Jump will automatically pull in all RingCentral calls that you capture. This is the case no matter how you're recording a RingCentral call (as a normal phone call, through the iPhone app, or through the desktop app).

To capture a call in RingCentral, first verify that you've enabled either on-demand call recording (to record calls on a case-by-case basis) or automatic call recording (to record and pull all of your calls into Jump).

To enable either on-demand or automatic call recording, follow these instructions. On a phone call, you'll have to press "star" and then "9" to start a given recording.

One pitfall we've seen: Even if you've enabled automatic call recording, you may need to make it so recording is permitted for all extensions.

Within RingCentral, you can do this by clicking "Edit" under "Extensions to Record".

Then make sure that "Inbound" and "Outbound" are selected for each of these.
