Why connect Dynamics 365 to Jump?
Use Jump's Dynamics 365 integration to streamline pre- and post-meeting workflows and reduce manual data entry.
Before a meeting, Jump prepares pre-meeting prep notes using customer data from Dynamics 365. After a meeting, you can sync meeting notes and follow-up tasks back to Dynamics 365 in just a few clicks.
Note: Before connecting, make sure you are an active Dynamics 365 user and your environment includes the Contact, Task, and Note tables. Jump uses your own Dynamics 365 permissions, so it can only access records you can access.
