Email meeting transcripts to
Jump automatically emails meeting transcripts to these addresses after each meeting finishes processing. Private meetings are not included.
Use this feature to send a copy of every meeting transcript to your firm’s archiving or supervision system. Many firms add the email address their archiving provider uses to capture communications.
Important: Transcripts may contain sensitive client information. Add email addresses with that in mind.
Meeting visibility for Grow features
Allow Account owners and Insights Admins to view meeting details from Grow features like dashboards, Pulses, and Scorecard reports. Adding these roles grants view access only. To edit a meeting, they still need to be a team meeting admin or have the meeting shared with them.
